How can I place an order online?
Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size then click "Add to card". You can add additional items or proceed to 'checkout'.
Why the price so cheap?
We get these products directly from factory.
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment, unless otherwise noted. Most orders take 5-7 business days for delivery. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order. If this ever is expected with your order you will be immediately informed at contact us.
Return policy:
Please contact us first before you return the goods. Our customer service staff will try to discuss with you. If there are irremediable defects with the items, you can return them back to us for exchange or give you a refund. Please email our Customer Service Department, they will give you our return address, and other matters you should attend. Please make sure it's in unworn and unused condition and original packaging. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office. Please be attention! To Make sure size is correct when you place order online, If the size can't fit you which you chose, You should pay the two-side shipping cost if you want to return for change. (Sometimes you can't make sure what size you wear,please check your size first.)
What if I have worn my shoes? Can I still return them?
No.We cannot take back worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition,including package.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, all orders require a signature.
